I have worked with Ryan at Bluegrass Harley-Davidson and most recently, with the new printer install at Harley-Davidson of Fort Wayne, our sister store. Today he responded to an email question from the GM of HD Fort Wayne store in 16 minutes. I found that exceptional. At the Fort Wayne Dealership he installed 14 printers by himself and stayed the extra day to complete the installation and confirm all known issues were resolved. It was not an easy install. He worked well with our people, solving issues, and addressing specific requests. He even got creative with longer cables to make it all work. He has made a point to work with us and our management software Talon, and is now able to anticipate what Talon requires. His Technical expertise, follow through, prompt response, and willingness to adapt to our environment has made us customers of M &M for 3 Dealerships. Along with Dean educating me on printers of course. Ryan has earned an excellent rating on all accounts, and because of the quality of his work, our Dealerships are printing more effectively and economically, which also makes me, the purchaser, look good.
